The company has grown into a full-service, customer-oriented business with specialized employees ranging from master carpenters, to in-house CAD designers. Owner and President, Paul Q. Ross, is a long-time member of the Central Susquehanna Valley Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, receiving numerous awards. He is currently on the board of both the local and state builders associations.
